Every order placed from www.talesandstories.com are secured and carefully processed. No Questions Asked for RETURNS/ EXCHANGE

Incase of any returns/exchange we are always there to help you get your money back without any hassle. Kindly keep the tags intact and products unused. Any product received at the warehouse damaged/used, Tales&stories will not be liable for refund. Re-shipping of the used/damaged products will cost Rs. 99/- flat.

All the orders requested for exchange/return should be put forward within 30 days of delivery. The request needs to be placed by filling a simple form from "EXCHANGE/ RETURN REQUEST". Kindly fill all the details correctly and our team will reach you over email/ whatsapp on your registered contact mentioned in your order to understand the reason and help you with the return/exchange.

Although on the return of one product, you are eligible for a free exchange with any of the product, at the same price range of the product being exchanged.
